Having built homes for 20 years, Sexton and Associates has a depth of experience for most any circumstance. We start with listening to our clients and discussing possibilities for their existing home or new site. As we assemble the design team, the homeowner has the opportunity to explore ideas and develop plans for construction. Once our clients have approved the proposed budget and schedule, we’re ready to start building!
Throughout construction, we follow the designer’s vision as we assemble the home of the clients’ dreams.
Dream it.
Finding the right architects and designers is the first step for our successful projects. Once we have the design team in place, we stay involved to make sure we understand the vision that our clients and designers have imagined. Whenever we can, we offer our experience to help clarify and refine the design process for smooth sailing during construction.
With a fully formed conceptual design in hand, we can assign a budget that our clients approve and flesh out a schedule that is reasonable to complete your beautiful new home.
Frame it.
Once the plans have been finalized and the permits approved, we get to work building your home. Working with our experts, we coordinate framing, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical, and any other disciplines to ensure that everything turns out as planned.
Throughout the process of construction, we help our clients understand price and schedule adjustments as new ideas come up.
Finish it.
After we have all the infrastructure for your home prepped and ready, we’re ready to apply the finishing touches. This is where quality really matters. We never settle for “good enough”. As the drywall is hung and the woodwork is finished, we require all of our craftsman to bring their best work and do whatever it takes to finish your home properly.
Once completed, we stay in touch and provide support for anything that may come up as you settle into your new home!
